Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 and 1/2 sliced green olives
Directions

Chop the lemon.

In a bowl, combine w almonds, olive oil, salt, pepper, and green olives.

Serve with chicken or pork.
