Goat cheese portabella caps

Ingredients

  • 4 portabella mushroom caps
  • 4-8 oz goat cheese
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • fresh basil
  • pine nuts

Directions

  1. Clean portabella caps and place gills up in greased baking pan.

  2. Scoop goat cheese evenly onto each cap.

  3. Layer with basil leaves to taste.

  4. Pour tomato sauce over everything

  5. Drizzle with pine nuts.

  6. Bake until goat cheese is melty.
