Ingredients
- 1 T. oil
- 1/2 C. cashews
- 1/2 C. pecans
- 1/2 C. whole almonds
- 1/2 C. macadamia nuts
- 1/2 C. peanuts (optional)
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/3 t. ginger powder
- 1/3 t. cinnamon powder
- 2 t. light brown sugar
- 1/2 C. sour dried cherries
Directions

Heat oil in a large sauté pan over low heat. Add all the nuts, salt and paprika and roast until golden about 8 to 10 minutes. Add the ginger, cinnamon and sugar and cook, stirring constantly, for another 3 minutes.

Spread the nuts in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and let cool.

Transfer to a bowl and toss in the cherries. Serve.
