Ingredients
- 2 bunches watercress, stems removed.
- 1 lb thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 2 t prepared horseradish
- 2 t corase grain mustard
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/2 hothouse (seedless) cucumber, halfed and sliced
- 2 T finely chopped dill
- 1 lemon, wedged

Combine and serve with baguette or bagel chips.
