Ingredients
- 5 Cups Mash of choice ( see additional information box below)
- 4 Bananas
- 1 Cup ground flax seeds
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 6 Cups Oats
- 1 Tsp Fresh grond ginger (or spice)
- 4 Tbps Macca Root (optional)
- 1 Cup ground Sesame Seeds
Directions

Add all the ingredients in order as you mix

Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes

Form balls with your hands, using water to make sure it doesn’t stick

You will have to wash your hands after 4-5 balls

Keep your hands wet to have nicely shaped balls

Bake for 40 minutes on 375 and 5 min on 425

Let it cool

Store them in a paper bag in the fridge (max 3 days) or freeze them

Additional Information

The mash is made from a fresh vegetable based on the season. For this one I’ve used pumkins, yams, sweet potatoes and butternut squash.

Simply steam the veggie of choice covered until soft (can take 45 min)

Drain the water and mash like you would potatoes. That’s it!
