Flaky Mushroom Turnovers

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbs. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tbs. onion, minced
- 3 tbs. butter, divided
- 1 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dough
- 2 1/2 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs. sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, saute the mushrooms, parsley, and onion in 2 tbs. butter until tender.

Cut the dough into 8 squares or triangles. Place 1 tbs. mushroom mixutre onto each square. Top with 1 tbs. parmesan cheese. Fold into triangles.

In microwave, melt remaining butter. Brush in triangles with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
