Brew Pub Pork Chops

Introducing the man’s man of grilled meats. This hearty beer-marinated chop with mustard-garlic rub is sizzling with big flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until sugar is dissolved; pour over chops in shallow dish. Turn chops over to evenly coat both sides of each chop. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.

  3. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done, brushing occasionally with mayo mixture.
