Mother’s Quick Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup soft margarine
  • 1 teaspooon salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 1/4 cup flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.

  2. Mix in sugar, margarine and salt.

  3. Blend.

  4. Add flour.

  5. Let rise 40 minutes.

  6. Stir down and drop in a greased muffin pan.

  7. Let rise. Bake

  8. minutes at 425.

  9. 1 dozen.
