Spicy Grilled Pesto Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 large resealable food storage bag
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thawed

Directions

  1. Wash and de-stem parsley, and finely mince in a food processor for about 30 sec. Combine the parsley with pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and pesto in a large resealable plastic bag. Mix the ingredients well with a spoon or by squeezing closed bag with hands.

  2. Add thawed chicken, one piece at a time, into the bag, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly. Marinate chicken in bag for 15-30 minutes at room temp or in the refrigerator. Remove pieces with tongs and grill for about 12-15 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
