Ingredients
- 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 6 ounces each
- 2 Tablespoons goat cheese
- 0.25 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Cut a slit in each chicken breast and stuff with the tomato and goat cheese mixture. Proceed to freezing instructions.
