Scrambled tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (10 oz each) silken tofu
  • 2 t extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 scallions, white part, minced
  • 1/4 T ground turmeric
  • salt
  • pepper
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c grated reduced fat hot pepper cheese
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Mix and scramble.
