Rajmah

Ingredients
- Rajmah
- water
- onion
- potatos
- Zira
- red pepper
- hing/garam masala
Directions

In cooker. Keep 2 glass Rajmah in water for about 5-6 hours.

Put 3 glass water and 2 glass Rajmah.

Put salt and turmeric over it. Heat till first whistle on low gas. Now sim for 30 mins.

In parallel, chop 1 onion and 2 potatos & 2 tomatos. Heat onion in ghee till brown in ghee. Put Zira, red pepper, hing/garam masala in it. After heating for some time, put in rajmah.
