Ingredients
- 3/4 c and 2 T oats
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 1/4 c white whole wheat flour
- 1.5 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c canola oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Directions

Soak oats in buttermilk and let soak 30 min.

Combine all ingredients.

ok in muffin pan 11 to 15 min at 425.
