Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 10oz soup can of beef broth or consomme
- 1 onion chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 1/3 mashed potatoes (regular or instant)
- 1 11oz pkg mixed frozen vegetables (cooked and seasoned) or cook fresh carrots/peas/corn
Directions

Brown beef, onion and flour then drain off any excess fat.

Stir in vegetables, beef soup, salt and pepper.

Put in 6 cup casserole and top with massed potatoes.

Bake at 375’ for 30 minutes.
