Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (ends trimmed)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 t dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1 lemon cut in wedges

Bring a suacepan of water to boil.

Boil asparagus 1-4 min til tender. Transfer to ice water.

Meanwhile mix other ingredients into aioli.

Serve with lemon wedges.
