Ingredients
- 1 kg bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese for the topping
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350’ for 1 hour.
