Carmel Turtles

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 can eagle brand milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Cook all ingredients except pecans in a heavy pan to 240 degrees. Add pecans stir well and let cool.

  2. Drop mixture in small mounds on wax paper.

  3. Dip in Chocolate almond bark for Turtles.
