Artichoke salad with olives

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 2 T sugar free creamy italian dressing
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen artichoke hearts (thawed and chopped)
  • 1/2 c chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c fresh basil
  • 8 kalamata olives, halved
  • 6 leaves lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients except for lettuce.

  2. Spoon over lettuce.
