Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chuck or rump roast
  • 1 can French Onion soup
  • 1 can Beef Consomme
  • 1 can Beef Broth
  • Shredded or sliced mozzerella or provolone cheese
  • Hoagie buns

Directions

  1. Meat and canned items in greased crock pot.

  2. Cook on high 8 hours.

  3. Slice thinly across the grain. (works well with electric knife)

  4. Make sandwiches.
