- 3 lbs. chuck or rump roast
- 1 can French Onion soup
- 1 can Beef Consomme
- 1 can Beef Broth
- Shredded or sliced mozzerella or provolone cheese
- Hoagie buns

Meat and canned items in greased crock pot.

Cook on high 8 hours.

Slice thinly across the grain. (works well with electric knife)
