Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef’
- 1 pound bulk Italian Sausage
- 1 can crushed Tomatoes-undrained (28 ounces)
- 1 medium green pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 cup water
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
- Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

In a large fry pan combine the burger and bulk Italian Sausage. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink-then place in the slow cooker.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or till green pepper and onions are tender.
