Bengan

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • Bengan
  • potatos
  • tomatos
  • zira
  • tumeric
  • red pepper

Directions

  1. Wash

  2. 4 potatos & 6-7 bengans. 2-3 tomatos.

  3. Cut in pieces.

  4. Heat zira in kadahi with ghee. Put tumeric & red pepper. Put tomatos and then potaos & heat. Then put bengan. Put salt over it.

  5. Put some water.

  6. Keep stirring and chekcking potatoes – for about 10-15 minutes.
