Ingredients
- Bengan
- potatos
- tomatos
- zira
- tumeric
- red pepper
Directions

Wash

4 potatos & 6-7 bengans. 2-3 tomatos.

Cut in pieces.

Heat zira in kadahi with ghee. Put tumeric & red pepper. Put tomatos and then potaos & heat. Then put bengan. Put salt over it.

Put some water.

Keep stirring and chekcking potatoes – for about 10-15 minutes.
