Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla wafers, rolled fine
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 T cocoa
- 2 T white Karo syrup
- 1/4 cup run
Directions

Mix well 1st 4 ingredients. Mix well the syrup and rum, then add to the dry ingredients. Shape into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store in covered jar.

*I use Canadian Club whiskey as Frank doesn’t care for rum☺.

*Typically, I will add a few extra splashes of CC – gives it quite the kick!

*Will often use a combination of pecans/walnuts

typically triple/quadruple the recipe – makes roughly 75-100.

*I normally store in tins or plastic containers – all seem to work well.
