- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 T plus 1 t baking powder
- 3 T canola oil
- 1 1/4 c 1 percent or ff buttermilk
- 1/2 c water
- 1 lg egg
- 3/4 c sugar free jam

Coat waffle iron with pam.
