Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • lime juice Juice from 1 large lemon or lime
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 T. honey
  • cayenne pepper)
  • 1 T. onion powder
  • steak
  • tortillas
  • guacamole
  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • beans
  • rice
  • sauteed onions and peppers

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients around in a big baggie with the meat and keep refrigerated.

  2. Each day flip it over in the baggie, to make sure all sides get the flavoring on it.

  3. Grill slowly over indirect heat until it’s done the way you like it.

  4. Pour the extra marinade into a small saucepan and heat to boiling. Serve drizzled over the fajitas.

  5. Slice thin pieces of steak diagonally.

  6. Serve on tortillas with all the fixin’s.
