Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen peas, thawed
- 1 t garlic
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro
- 1/8 t hot pepper sauce
- sea salt
Directions

Puree peas, garlic, lime juice and cumin.

Scrape mix into a bowl and add the rest.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min.
