Ingredients
- 3 c cooked lentils
- 3 c frozen carrots
- 2 c red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 c parsley
- 2 c walnuts
- 2 c oats
- 2 T sun dried potato powder
- 1 t poultry seasoning
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

Put lentils, carrots, onion, garlic, 1 c walnuts, and 1 c oats in food processor.

Pulse until combined, then continue to process until almost paste like.

Scrap into bowl.

Chop remianing 1 c walnuts and add to mix along with 1 c oats, and seasoning.

Scrape into silicone loaf pan and bake, uncovered for 50-55 min.

Let cool 10 min.

Invert onto serving plate.

Let cool another 5 min then slice.
