Garlic Rosemary Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1 med onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 T rosemary, ground
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c dry corn grits
  • 3 c broth
  • 2 c soy milk
  • 1/3 c sun dried tomatoes

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Add broth and milk.

  4. Bring to boil.

  5. Turn down to a simmer and stir gently until mix is thick, about 10 min.

  6. Pour into pie pan and bake for 30 min.
