Ingredients
- 2 cups corn Chex cereal, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup silver almonds
- 1/2 cup dried, chopped apricots
- 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
Directions

Line cookie sheet with wax paper. In a large bowl, combine cereal, almonds and apricots. Set aside momentarily.

In microwave safe medium mixing bowl, melt the white chocolate chips on high for 2 mins stirring after 1 min. Stir in the almond extract and then stir mixture into cereal mixture.

Drop by tablespoonfuls on wax paper. Let cool until firm. Store tightly between wax paper.
