Ingredients
- 12 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cups Honey Graham cereal, slightly crushed (yields about 1 1/2 cups crushed cereal)
- 3/4 cup very coarsely chopped, lightly salted, roasted peanuts
Directions

Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Light spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a heavy medium saucepan, combine the caramel, chocolate chips and milk. Stir over low heat until caramels are melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and peanuts.

Quickly drop teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand until firm. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
