Ingredients
- 1 12-in. pizza crust
- 1 16-oz. container light ricotta
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, stir together ricotta and garlic; spread evenly over pizza crust.

Top with spinach, oregano, mozzarella, bell pepper strips, and olives. Sprinkle with Parmesan and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts. Serve immediately.
