Ingredients
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Cook for 4 hours on High or 8 hours on low in a slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup of sour cream about 10 minutes prior to serving. Serve over egg noodles.
