Stephanie’s Goulash/Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook for 4 hours on High or 8 hours on low in a slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup of sour cream about 10 minutes prior to serving. Serve over egg noodles.
