Ingredients
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 med zucchini sliced into half moons
- 1 T grated ginger
- 1 t curry powder
- 1/2 t garam masala
- 3 c vegetable broth
- 1/2 c plain ff yoghurt
Directions

Heat oil and saute onion an dgarlic til soft.

Add zucchini, ginger, curry, and garam masal and cook 3 more min.

Add broth, cook 10 min.

Puree and whisk in yoghurt.
