Ingredients
- 2 lb cubed stewing beef
- 2 cups baby red potatoes
- 5 oz package of dried lima beans
- 2 tsp quick cooking tapioca
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 can tomato sauce (from 15 oz can)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
Directions
- Add 1 cup water. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Eat as a soup, or serve over hot noodles or rice.
