Ingredients
- 1 can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (12 ounce)
- 1 pint of fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- Water to fill 2 quart pitcher
- Sliced lemons for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Clean and wash strawberries, add to food processor and process until pureed.

Strain and press through a sieve to remove any larger chunks of fruit and gunk – don’t skip this step, it really makes a difference.

Combine the lemonade and strawberry puree in a pitcher, add 1/4 cup of sugar and water.

Stir to blend well, taste and add additional sugar if desired.
