Hot cheesy brunch croissants

Ingredients
- 2 fresh croissants, ideally long-straight ones
- 75g 4-cheese sauce
- 2 slices of good ham
- 2 handfuls of grated extra mature Cheddar
- chopped fresh chives, to serve
Directions

Split each croissant open lengthways along the top. Fill each with cheese sauce, a slice of ham and top with the Cheddar. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

Pop onto a baking sheet and bake at 180˚C/fan 160˚C/gas 4 for 10-12 minutes until piping hot.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives to serve.
