Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 (16oz) pkg. frozen corn
- 6 jalapeno peppers, diced

In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and butter

Mix in milk until smooth and bubbly

In a casserole dish, mix corn and peppers

Pour in cream cheese mixture and toss to coat
