Ingredients
- 7 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- salt and ground black pepper
- paprika

Cut 6 eggs in half lengthwise; gently remove yolks; set whites aside. Coarsely chop the remaining egg.

In a sturdy, resealable plastic bag, combine egg yolks, chopped egg, mayo, mustard and dry mustard. Seal bag.

Gently knead bag to combine ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Snip a hole in one corner of the bag. Squeeze yolk mixture into egg white halves.

Top with paprika.

Cover and chill for up to 12 hours
