Devilicious Eggs

Ingredients

  • 7 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Cut 6 eggs in half lengthwise; gently remove yolks; set whites aside. Coarsely chop the remaining egg.

  2. In a sturdy, resealable plastic bag, combine egg yolks, chopped egg, mayo, mustard and dry mustard. Seal bag.

  3. Gently knead bag to combine ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. Snip a hole in one corner of the bag. Squeeze yolk mixture into egg white halves.

  5. Top with paprika.

  6. Cover and chill for up to 12 hours
