Easy BBQ “Pulled” Pork

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless center cut chops
  • 1/2 cup water
  • southwestern spice mix
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Sliced onions
  • 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce of choice

Directions

  1. Pour water and some BBQ sauce into slow cooker, stir well.
  2. Place one layer of chops inside slow cooker.

  3. Put some sauce and onions on top of first layer, then add another layer of chops followed by more onions and sauce.

  4. Cook on low for 7 hours.

  5. Shred the pork.
