Ingredients
- 12 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup white, milk, or semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp dark rum or brandy
- 2 cups Honey Graham cereal (slightly crushed)
- 3/4 cup coarsely crushed banana chips

Line cookie sheet with wax paper.

In a heavy saucepan, combine the caramels, chocolate chips and rum. Cook and stir over low heat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and banana chips until blended.

Quickly drop teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand about 30 mins. Store in covered container between sheets of waxpaper.
