Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 cup coarsely chopped, lightly salted, roasted cashews, peanuts or macademia nuts
- 1 10 oz bag marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Crispies
- 1 cup coarsely chopped dried banana chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened flake coconut

Lightly spray 13×9×2 in baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, set over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the marshmallows. Cook and stir until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat.

Stir in cereal, banana chips, nuts and coconut until evenly coated. With a large square of wax paper, press into prepared pan evenly. Cool 30 mins. Cut into 36 bars. Store in covered containers between layers of wax paper.
