Ingredients
- 3 lbs small red potatoes, skinned optional
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoon grated parmesan
- Dash black pepper and salt
Directions

Boil potatoes until tender, then drain and cool

Cut potatoes in half and toss with half of the olive oil

Grill potatoes over medium heat, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned

Place grilled potatoes in a large bowl, adding the remaining oil and all other ingredients and toss
