Parsley buttered potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound small whole potatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Wash and peel potatoes. put in saucepan with water and seasoned stock and cook. Drain. Melt butter and add seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
