Ingredients

• 1 4 oz bagel
• tomato sauce
• 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• sliced black olives and an orange pepper to decorate elmos face

Directions

1. preheat oven to 250 F

2. spread tomato sauce over each half of the bagel and place on a cookie sheet

3. sprinkle mozzarella cheese to make two eyes and cheddar cheese to make a mouth

4. place to sliced olives to complete the eyes, place a nose on each bagel using thin slices of orange pepper

5. bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly,

6. let cool and enjoy
