Ingredients
- 6 cups quartered, peeled potatos
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 8 slices bacon (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped chives (optional)
- 2-3 large diced pickles (optional)
Directions

Add potatos to boiling water.

Cook for 15 minutes, or until tender.

Drain.

Mix mayonnaise and dijon mustard in a large bowl.

Add potatos, bacon, chives, and pickles.

Mix to coat potatos.

Cover.

Refridgerate at least one hour prior to serving.
