Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 medium onions
- 1 package of au jus gravy mix
- 3 cups of water
Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Thinly slice onion.

Add onions to saucepan.

Cook over medium heat until onions are golden brown.

Add au jus packet and 3 cups of water to saucepan.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with a crusty bread and swiss cheese.
