Boiled arbi

Wash arbi.

t water in cooker to sink arbi (1.5 cup). Put salt – 1/2 spoons.

Keep gas at full.

Boil till 1st wistle.

Switch off gas.

After pressure is reduced, put out water. Peel arbi.

t each piece in 2.

In kadahi, put zira + onion in hot refined oil.

After they turn brown, put Haldi + red pepper + ajvain.

Then put arbi. Put salt.

Keep heating till it turns soft. 20-30 minutes.
