Boiled arbi

Directions

  1. Wash arbi.

  2. t water in cooker to sink arbi (1.5 cup). Put salt – 1/2 spoons.

  3. Keep gas at full.

  4. Boil till 1st wistle.

  5. Switch off gas.

  6. After pressure is reduced, put out water. Peel arbi.

  7. t each piece in 2.

  8. In kadahi, put zira + onion in hot refined oil.

  9. After they turn brown, put Haldi + red pepper + ajvain.

  10. Then put arbi. Put salt.

  11. Keep heating till it turns soft. 20-30 minutes.
