Baked Spaghetti

can substitute broccoli slaw for spaghetti noodles to make it low carb – 85 carbs total
Can sub spaghetti squash for noodles – about 72g carbs total

Ingredients
- 1 pkg spaghetti noodles (13-16 oz)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese (16 oz)
- 4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; meanwhile, brown beef and onion then drain

Stir spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt together with the beef and onion

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan, and butter; drain spaghetti and add to eggs, coating well

Place half of the spaghetti into a greased 9×13 pan; top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella; repeat layers

Cover and bake at 350 for 40 min; uncover and bake 20 min longer
