Ingredients
- 1. Potatoes – 2 medium
- 2. Potol/parval/pointed gourd – 2
- 3. Onion – 1 big (chopped)
- 4. Green chillies – 2-3 (chopped)
- 5. Mustard oil – 2 tsp
- 6. Salt – to taste
Directions

Boil the potatoes and potols/parvals in a pressure cooker and peel the potatoes. Squeeze the potols to remove the water it has in it.

Smash the potatoes and potols making sure there are no lumps.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and add onions and green chillies to it and sauté for 2-3 minutes till the onions turn pink.

To this add the smashed potatoes and potols and mix well.

Serve hot with steamed rice and dal.
