Crackling Spinach is very healthy, tasty, yummy & crackles in your mouth. Even those who do not care much for spinach are sure to like this.

Ingredients
- 1. Spinach: 100 gm (chopped)
- 2. Salt : to taste
- 3. Ajinomoto : a pinch
- 4. Cornflour : 2 tsp
- 5. Roasted sesame: 2 tsp
- 6. Green Chilli : 2 pieces (slit)
- 7. Sugar : 1/2 tsp
- 8. Oil : 4 tbsp
Directions
- Mix salt, ajinomoto, cornflour & sugar with chopped spinach.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add spinach over high flame & fry.
- Add 1 tsp of roasted sesame & green chillies. Fry till brown.
- Take out & plate it.
- Spread remaining roasted sesame over it & serve hot with steamed rice.
