Ingredients
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- Bacon
- 4 bone in center cut chops (1 1/2 thick)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Heat oven 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil. Wisk molasses, cider and dijon mustard in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium low. Boil 8 to 10 mins to 1/2 cup.

Pat pork dry. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Heat drippings in skillet over medium heat. Cook pork 7 to 10 mins until golden brown. Place on baking sheet spooning glaze over them. Bake 8 to 10 mins or until done. Drizzle with glaze and add bacon.
